Francesca is subtle and refined, inspired by Swan Lake. Hand-knotted contrasting sizes of freshwater pearls have been finished with our signature teardrop pearl pendant. A delicate piece of jewellery that you’ll wear forever.

Lead Time // This intricate beaded necklace is made-to-order. Please allow up to 10 working days for it to be handmade and shipped from our London Studio.
All of our pieces come presented in a Margaux dust bag and jewellery box that you can treasure forever. Our boxes are made from recycled materials, and are biodegradable. We also offer a luxury gift wrapping service, which you can select at checkout.
To reduce waste in the production process, some of the pieces in our collections are made to order. Please allow up to 10 working days for these items to be hand crafted and shipped. For in stock items, please allow 1 to 3 working days for orders to be processed and dispatched. Please see the growing collection of styles we are holding in stock and ready to ship here. As part of our sustainability programme, If you place a multiple order with some items in stock and others not, we usually wait to ship all items together in a single shipment to maintain our low carbon footprint. If you require faster delivery, please place two separate orders. As a guide, please allow 12-15 working days before the item is shipped. During busy periods, this lead time may go up to 20 working days. Please contact us before purchasing if you would like to fast-track your order for a special occasion.
Please ensure that your phone number and postal address is correct and that a signature can be obtained by couriers upon delivery. If an incorrect phone number or address is provided and the item is a)lost or, b)returned to us; we are not a)obliged to send you a
replacement, and b)responsible in paying for a re-delivery of your parcel. Please remember that once an item has shipped, Margaux Studios isn’t responsible for any delays in the item getting to you, such as busy shipping periods (like Christmas), or customs clearance in certain countries. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email from us notifying you, along with a tracking number.
As we are a small business, Margaux Studios is not liable for any taxes, customs and duties charges that may incur (depending on the country the order is being shipped to). As these costs are out of our control we can’t advise prior to your shipment how much they will be, so we advise that you check costs before ordering with us. If you decide to refuse your shipment because of these costs, you are fully responsible for all original shipping charges; any duties, taxes and customs charges that are incurred (for the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package back to us. This amount will be subtracted from your refund.
