We hold a growing collection of best-selling pieces that are 'In Stock' and ready to ship. Some of these items have been handmade in our London Studio, and some have been handmade in small batches by a sustainable RJC and SEDEX approved factory in India. Please allow 1-3 working days for all 'In Stock' items to be processed and shipped by our small team. 

Many of the more complex and intricate pieces in our collection are 'Made to Order'. Please allow up to 10 working days for these items to be hand crafted and shipped from our London studio. With certain items that are much more meticulous to hand-make, please allow up to 20 working days. The relevant lead times are clearly stated in all product descriptions.

As part of our sustainability programme, If you place a multiple order with some items in stock and others made-to-order, we usually wait to ship all items together in a single shipment to maintain our low carbon footprint. If you require faster delivery, please place two separate orders. Please contact us before placing an order if you require it urgently, we will do our best to accommodate wherever we can.
