Shipping

As a guide, please allow up to 10 working days before the item is shipped. During busy periods, this lead time may go up to 20 working days. If you would like to request a fast-track for your order, please contact us before purchasing.
Please ensure that your phone number and postal address is correct and that a signature can be obtained by couriers upon delivery. If an incorrect phone number or address is provided and the item is (a) lost; or (b) returned to us; we are not obliged to send you a replacement or responsible to pay for a re-delivery of your parcel. Please remember that once an item has shipped, Margaux Studios is not responsible for any delays in the item getting to you, such as busy shipping periods (like Christmas), or customs clearance in certain countries.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email from us notifying you, along with a tracking number. As we are a small business, Margaux Studios is not liable for any taxes, customs and duties charges that may incur (depending on the country the order is being shipped to). As these costs are out of our control, we cannot advise prior to your shipment how much they will be, so we advise that you check costs before ordering with us. If you decide to refuse your shipment because of these costs, you are fully responsible for all original shipping charges; any duties, taxes and customs charges that are incurred (for the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package back to us. This amount will be subtracted from your refund.
