All of our pieces come presented in a Margaux jewellery box that you can treasure forever, and keep your jewellery safe from harm. Our boxes are made from recycled materials, and are biodegradable.
To reduce waste in the production process, some of the pieces in our collections are made to order. Please allow 3-7 working days for these items to be hand crafted and shipped. For in stock items, please allow 1 to 3 working days for orders to be dispatched. Please see the growing collection of styles we are holding in stock and ready to ship here. As part of our sustainability programme, If you place a multiple order with some items in stock and others not, we usually wait to ship all items together in a single shipment to maintain our low carbon footprint. Please get in touch if you require us to arrange a split shipment or if you require an order urgently, and we will do our best to accommodate wherever we can.

As a guide, please allow either 2-3 working days (for items ‘In Stock’), or 3-7 working days (all other products) before the item is shipped. During busy periods, this lead time may go up to 15 working days. Please contact us before purchasing if you would like to fast-track your order for a special occasion.
Please ensure that your phone number and postal address is correct and that a signature can be obtained by couriers upon delivery. If an incorrect phone number or address is provided and the item is a)lost or, b)returned to us; we are not a)obliged to send you a
replacement, and b)responsible in paying for a re-delivery of your parcel. Please remember that once an item has shipped, Margaux Studios isn’t responsible for any delays in the item getting to you, such as busy shipping periods (like Christmas), or customs clearance in certain countries. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an
email from us notifying you, along with a tracking number.
As we are a small business, Margaux Studios is not liable for any taxes, customs and duties charges that may incur (depending on the country the order is being shipped to). As these costs are out of our control we can’t advise prior to your shipment how much they will be, so we advise that you check costs before ordering with us. If you decide to refuse your shipment because of these costs, you are fully responsible for all original shipping charges; any duties, taxes and customs charges that are incurred (for the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package back to us. This amount will be subtracted from your refund.
