- Order before the recommended dates below for delivery prior to the 25th of December.
- We will endeavour to ship all orders by EOD on the 19th of December.
- The lead time for made to order items will be a shorter 3-5 working days and all made-to-order items will be shipped by the 19th.
- All orders will be shipped using DHL Express delivery.
UK
We use DHL Express Delivery to ensure you receive your parcel in time for Christmas (this will take 1-2 working days, after you have received your dispatch email from us).
- The last recommended day for placing an order is the 16th of December at 10am
- The last day orders will be collected from our studio by DHL is the 19th of December EOD (for guaranteed UK Christmas delivery)
Europe
We ship all International orders using DHL International Express Delivery to ensure you receive your parcel in time for Christmas (this should take 2-3 working days after you have received your dispatch email from us).

- Orders will be shipped no later than the 17th of December EOD for guaranteed Christmas delivery.
North America
