- Order before the recommended dates below for delivery prior to the 25th of December.
- We will endeavour to ship orders placed outside of the below recommended dates by the 19th of December, but it cannot be guaranteed that you will receive before Christmas Day.
- All orders will be shipped using DHL Express delivery.
- Any orders placed on/after the 19th of December will not be shipped until the shop re-opens on the 5th of January '25.
In December we will be shipping all UK orders using DHL Express Delivery to ensure you receive your parcel in time for Christmas (this will take 1-2 working days, after you have received your dispatch email from us).
- For 'In Stock' items, the last recommended day for placing an order is the 16th of December.
- For all other items, the last recommended day for placing an order is the 11th of December.
- Qualifying orders will be shipped no later than the 19th of December for guaranteed Christmas delivery.
Europe
We ship all International orders using DHL Express Delivery to ensure you receive your parcel in time for Christmas (this will take 2-3 working days after you have received your dispatch email from us).
- For 'In Stock' items, the last recommended day for placing an order is the 16th of December.
- For all other items, the last recommended day for placing an order is the 11th of December.
- Qualifying orders will be shipped no later than the 19th of December for guaranteed Christmas delivery.
North America
We ship all International orders using DHL Express Delivery to ensure you receive your parcel in time for Christmas (this will take 2-3 working days after you have received your dispatch email from us).
- For 'In Stock' items, the last recommended day for placing an order is the 15th of December.
- For all other items, the last recommended day for placing an order is the 10th of December.
- Qualifying orders will be shipped no later than the 18th of December for guaranteed Christmas delivery.
Asia & Pacific
We ship all International orders using DHL Express Delivery to ensure you receive your parcel in time for Christmas (this will take 3-5 working days after you have received your dispatch email from us).
- For 'In Stock' items, the last recommended day for placing an order is the 14th of December.
- For all other items, the last recommended day for placing an order is the 9th of December.
- Qualifying orders will be shipped no later than the 17th of December for guaranteed Christmas delivery.
